when everyone eagerly talks about the hopes to return to normal soon post covid-19, one must consider what is normal, when almost a year has gone by, and where we have been adjusting our ways of life so much voluntarily and involuntarily.
retail is at the greatest forefront, though we struggled, there are new opportunities if we continue to modify and adapt to the changing consumer behaviour now being moulded by the covid-19, and re-look into adjusting resources and priorities - how you communicate, how to engage, what and how should the budget be spent when there’s little these days, and how to maintain the fantasy while you may be “miles away” from your customers, when boutique experience and events are lesser an option, these are all questions we ask and reflect as we move into post pandemic era.
